This wild Damascus chef has attitude. One of its best features is its weight and balance coming in at 6.1 ounces. This chefs tool is comprised of a mixed 400 layer patter with some lower layer peaking through the middle wich I think is really cool. The steel is 80crv2 and 15n20. Handle is segmented dyed maple/epoxy resin with white pins and liners. Blade length 7 1/4”. Overall length 12 1/4” This one will stand out in any kitchen. Comes with a leather slip sheath.
